Clean songs only, no exceptions, use the edited version of explicit material

Absolutely No Profanity on stage

Each performance entered is limited to four (4) minutes maximum time allotted.

No sagging on stage.  Please dress appropriately

No gang Activity or Grouping

No gang style clothing and no gang signing

No head bandanas.  No scarves.  No color banging!!

Your CD must be well mixed or Mastered.  Preferable Mastering

NO smoking NO Drugs  NO Alcohol.

Participants for this contest are expected to perform as Vocalists, singers, Lyricists, Rappers, or Rap Group or Combination Rap/R&B , Gospel,

Judging Criteria

1. Number of tickets sold in advance / redeemed at show event, or the number of people who pay at the door and mention a particular artist favorite
   
2. Crowd Reaction
   
3. Appropriateness of Presentation
   
4. Talent & Energy (skill, experience, stage presence)
   
5. Content & Delivery (subject, language, style)
   
6. Professionalism (timeliness, off-stage manners, etc.)
